Firm History
Our firm traces its roots to Hagerty & Hagerty, where Thomas V. Hagerty worked with his father, James J. Hagerty. James J. Hagerty had followed in the footsteps of his father, Leo J. Hagerty, who began his legal career as Assistant District Attorney in Erie County, served as District Attorney of Erie County, and finally as a Supreme Court Justice in the Eighth Judicial Court.
Hagerty & Brady was formed in 1989 by Michael A. Brady and Thomas V. Hagerty. As we approach our twentieth anniversary, we are as committed as ever to represent our clients as fully and zealously as the day we began.
