Mediation Services
Michael Brady was selected to serve on the panel of mediators for the Western District of New York’s ADR Pilot Program (http://www.nywd.uscourts.gov) for which he received extensive mediation training by the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution. As a Federal Court mediator, Mr. Brady has successfully mediated numerous cases involving a wide variety of legal and factual issues. In addition to his role as a Federal Court ADR mediator, Mr. Brady is also frequently chosen as a mediator by private parties in state and federal courts who wish to mediate their disputes.
Thomas Hagerty has also served as a mediator for private parties, especially in the area of health care disputes.
Arbitration Services
Thomas Hagerty is one of the foremost neutral arbitrators in Western New York, having arbitrated hundreds of matters, serving as neutral chairman of the standard three member tribunal and often as a single neutral arbitrator chosen by litigants. He is one of the few attorneys certified to sit as an arbitrator for the U.S. District Court, Western District of New York.
