Advocating for our clients since 1989.
Headquartered in downtown Buffalo, Hagerty & Brady represents clients across New York State. Small but sophisticated, our firm handles a wide scope of legal services in a hands-on, effective, and efficient manner. We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients to achieve the best possible outcomes for them.
Hagerty & Brady was formed in 1989 by Michael A. Brady and Thomas V. Hagerty, but our firm traces its roots to Hagerty & Hagerty, where Thomas V. Hagerty worked with his father, James J. Hagerty. James J. Hagerty had followed in the footsteps of his father, Leo J. Hagerty, who began his legal career as Assistant District Attorney in Erie County, served as District Attorney of Erie County, and finally as a Supreme Court Justice in the Eighth Judicial Court. We take pride in a legacy of professionalism and client service.
